Food safety is an important issue under the background of globalization today.Millions illness due to consumption of unsafe food, and many people have lost their lives.Poor quality food for everyone on the planet is a potential danger, it is estimated that 2 billion cases of foodborne disease occur each year.Therefore, food safety issues have caused concern around the world.
In May 1963, the 16th session of the World Health Assembly approved the establishment of the FAO/WHO joint food standards programme, the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) as its main institutions. In 1974 the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO) sounds the alarm bell to globe for the first time in the world food summit,first proposed the “food security” problem. In June 20xx, the FAO and the World Health Organization convened the global food safety Conference consumer associations from 25 countries, hoped to take the national consumers ' Association played a greater role in promoting food security, prompting the Government to focus on food safety issues.
The Kingdom of Lesotho is one of the least developed countries, is located in southern Africa, is a landlocked country. The amount of food can not be guaranteed due to the drought caused food shortages brought about a severe famine.Food security has become an important issue. .However, in Africa, there are many countries like my own country, people's hunger becomes an important factor in food safety.On this issue, my Government believes that:
First, all countries should attach great importance to food security in order to achieve the set at the United Nations Millennium goal of reducing poverty by half by 20xx.
Second, both developing and developed countries there is a food safety problem.States should enhance food safety management and supervision, establish and improve the food safety supervision system.
Third,for the least developed countries, to solve the food safety problem should first ensure food supply, and improve agricultural production.
In recent years, we yield reduction and food crisis in the country, identifying appropriate policy objectives to increase food and livestock production to ensure food security.
First, the use of appropriate agricultural practices, agricultural inputs in a timely manner.To increase crop and livestock production, "Food Safety Plan has been implemented first in some specific area, then in full swing in the country. you may say that，everyone has born ability to express. but, in my opinion, the good expression in mass media publicly must be efficient, so as to make audiences easily understand what's your point. according to some journalism scholars, the audiences of mass medias are always hurried, they have no more time to view or listen to it over and just scan your article. so your must express your idea in efficient text.
an efficient text means that the audiences pay less time and easily get your point. generally, that need logical thinking, clear writing, which include clear structure, short sentences, simple words so as to make sure text readable. otherwise, you will waste the resources of media and times of audiences, finally, you may lose the opportunity to express.

wouldn't do it — by definition. unfortunately, honesty in the western tradition has been marginalized to specific instances — perhaps because a thorough understanding of honesty collides with ideologies of all types. ideologies and idealism often exaggerate and suppress evidence in order to support their perspectives — at the expense of the truth. this process erodes the practice and
understanding of honesty. to an ideologist the truth quite often becomes insignificant, what matters most are their ideals and what ever supports their desires to enjoy and spread those ideals.
human beings are inherently biased about what they believe to be good due to individual tastes & backgrounds, but once one understands that a decidedly biased approach to what is true — is inherently dishonest, one can also understand how idealism and ideology have poorly served the quest for an honest, moral society. both honesty and morality require that we base our opinions about what is good — upon unbiased ideas of what is true — rather than vice versa
(determining what is true based on what we feel is good) — the way all ideologies would have us believe.
