　　My View on Job-Hopping

　　A lot of people like to do one job in their lives. They think people who change their jobs frequently are feckless. They believe that the only way to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helps make an expert.

　　But there are many people who argue for changing their jobs, they argue that change means progress. They think if you are not satisfied with your present job, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Each change means further success.

　　My view on job-hopping is that it is reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportunity.

　　我对“跳槽”现象的看法

　　许多人喜欢一生中做一件工作，他们认为经常换工作的人软弱无能，他们相信成功的唯一途径就是坚持一项工作，因为在一个专业领域里不断的实践有助于专家的形成。

　　但是许多人赞成换工作，他们辩解说改变就意味着进步。他们认为如果你对现有的工作不满意，你当然有权利换一项更富有挑战性而且收入更好的工作。每一次改变都意味着进一步的成功。

　　我对此的'看法是：如果你有更好的机会，换一个工作是合乎情理的。

　　Health is an eternal topic.so we should pay more attention to itEspecially in the summer.

　　健康是个永恒的话题，所以我们必须多注意，特别是夏天的时候。

　　In summer people need to pay special attention on it. Otherwise they will get ill easily. In such high temperature if people don’t pay attention to their health they may get sunstroke. But if they often eat the food that can decrease internal heat they will have less chance to get sunstroke. In addition in summer people always have hot temper because of the hot temperature. And it is easy to feel tired. So they need to have enough rest to adjust themselves. In a word people need to pay special attention in summer to live a healthy life.

　　夏天大家要特别的注意健康问题。否则，会很容易生病的。如此高的温度，如果大家不注意自己的健康，就可以会中暑。但如果经常吃一些降火的'食物，就可以减少中暑的机会。此外，在夏天，因为高温人们脾气总是会比较暴躁。而且很容易疲劳。因此，他们需要有足够的休息来调整自己。总之，为了健康的生活在夏天人们需要特别留心。
