When the wolf had satisfied his appetite he took himself off, laid himself down under a tree in the green meadow outside, and began to sleep.

　　Soon afterwards the old goat came home again from the forest. Ah! What a sight she saw there! The house-door stood wide open. The table, chairs, and benches were thrown down, the washing-bowl lay broken to pieces, and the quilts and pillows were pulled off the bed. She sought her children, but they were nowhere to be found. She called them one after another by name, but no one answered. At last, when she came to the youngest, a soft voice cried, Dear mother, I am in the clock-case. She took the kid out, and it told her that the wolf had come and had eaten all the others. Then you may imagine how she wept over her poor children.

　　At length in her grief she went out, and the youngest kid ran with her. When they came to the meadow, there lay the wolf by the tree and snored so loud that the branches shook. She looked at him on every side and saw that something was moving and struggling in his gorged belly. Ah, heavens, said she, is it possible that my poor children whom he has swallowed down for his supper, can be still alive? Then the kid had to run home and fetch scissors, and a needle and thread, and the goat cut open the monster's stomach, and hardly had she make one cut, than one little kid thrust its head out, and when she cut farther, all six sprang out one after another, and were all still alive, and had suffered no injury whatever, for in his greediness the monster had swallowed them down whole. What rejoicing there was! They embraced their dear mother, and jumped like a sailor at his wedding. The mother, however, said, Now go and look for some big stones, and we will fill the wicked beast's stomach with them while he is still asleep. Then the seven kids dragged the stones thither with all speed, and put as many of them into his stomach as they could get in; and the mother sewed him up again in the greatest haste, so that he was not aware of anything and never once stirred.

　　When the wolf at length had had his sleep out, he got on his legs, and as the stones in his stomach made him very thirsty, he wanted to go to a well to drink. But when he began to walk and move about, the stones in his stomach knocked against each other and rattled. Then cried he,What rumbles and tumbles.

　　Against my poor bones?

　　I thought 't was six kids, But it's naught but big stones.

　　And when he got to the well and stooped over the water and was just about to drink, the heavy stones made him fall in, and there was no help, but he had to drownmiserably. (laughter) okay, same thing is true in our workplaces. now, most of us work in open plan offices, without walls, where we are subject to the constant noise and gaze of our coworkers. and when it comes to leadership, introverts are routinely passed over for leadership positions, even though introverts tend to be very careful, much less likely to take outsize risks -- which is something we might all favor nowadays. and interesting research by adam grant at the wharton school has found that introverted leaders often deliver better outcomes than extroverts do, because when they are managing proactive employees, they're much more likely to let those employees run with their ideas, whereas an extrovert can, quite unwittingly, get so excited about things that they're putting their own stamp on things, and other people's ideas might not as easily then bubble up to the surface. now in fact, some of our transformative leaders in history have been introverts. i'll give you some examples. eleanor roosevelt, rosa parks, gandhi -- all these peopled described themselves as quiet and soft-spoken and even shy. and they all took the spotlight, even though every bone in their bodies was telling them not to. and this turns out to have a special power all its own, because people could feel that these leaders were at the helm, not because they enjoyed directing others and not out of the pleasure of being looked at; they were there because they had no choice, because they were driven to do what they thought was right.

　　首先，一名好老师应该拥有渊博的知识,更重要的是将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好。一名语文老师，应该诗词历史，写作阅读，无所不通，无所不知。一名数学老师，应该将奥数几何，各种运算，运用自如。一名英语老师，应该说一口纯正英语，与外国人轻松交谈。现在的许多老师讲课都有些枯燥古板，甚至学生会因为老师的严厉呆板而失去了一个孩子应有的活泼与想象力，也变得呆板起来，或失去学习的兴趣。那么，一个好老师就应该和学生之间拉近距离，平易近人，成为学生的良师益友：在课堂上激情澎湃、充满感情﹑身临其境地

　　给学生讲课：激动时手舞足蹈,感动时泪流满面；好笑时忍俊不禁,感慨时长篇大论；和学生一起在课文的浪起浪落中随波遨游,品味课文的苦辣酸甜,感受文章的真谛与乐趣将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好；尽量和学生互动学习，让学生带有感情地上课，身临其境地去学习，在学中玩，玩中学；当学生对上课产生兴趣时，往往能产生事半功倍的效果。而这，就是一个好老师应该做到的第一点。

　　一个好老师不仅要拥有渊博的知识,将课讲活﹑讲精、讲好，还要有高尚的师德。的确，一个老师的师德将会影响一个学生的思想。一位好老师，就应该抓住生活课文中的一点一滴的小事，借机把好的思想传输给学生，将会使学生终生受益。当看见受伤的小动物时，就应该教育学生：要爱护动物；当看到有人破坏花草树木时,就应该教育学生:要爱户花草树木；当看到有人乱扔垃圾时,应当教育学生；要保护我们赖以生存的地球的环境。在学课文的时候,譬如讲到《自己的花是让别人看的》一课时,应不失时机地教育学子：要学会“人人为我,我为人人”的品质；讲到《金钱的魔力》一文,老师又应及时地告诫学生:千万不要像托德与老板那样有着见钱眼开的丑态,不要为金钱所动……当然,不仅要教育学生,老师自己也要做出榜样。例如:当大家在班级大扫除中都干得有气无力时，老师带头大干起来，挥如汗雨---用自己的实际行动来打动我们、鼓励我们；再如：当大家在街上看

　　我们成立少儿合唱团的目的是为我县青少年朋友提供合作、交流和共同进步的平台，丰富我县青少年朋友的'课外文化生活，培养青少年潜在的艺术修养和表现力，为此，活动中心经过认真调研，多方学习，借鉴先进县区和兄弟中心的成功经验，从20__年就开始筹划组建我县少儿合唱团，通过近两年的筹备和努力，今年在各级领导的深切关心下，在城关和实验两所学校及各位家长的积极配合与支持下，我们通过两轮细致选拔，在城关小学和实验小学三年级共挑选出具有演唱天赋和最佳形象学生136名，组成了__县少儿合唱团。

　　合唱团成立以后，我们立即聘请音乐方面有较深造诣的专家，对孩子们进行严格的培训，为了保证培训质量，中心抽调三名工作人员协助教练组织，管理学生，负责钢琴定音，音响调节等。另外还有我们合唱团金团长也时常坐镇指挥。经过这段时间的训练，我们的学员不管是在精神面貌还是演唱方面都有了很大的进步，也具备了一定参与演出活动的能力。在合唱团成立时，我们中心就计划适时组织合唱团学员参加有省、市、县举办的各类大型节目演出和比赛活动，为孩子们提供更多展示自我的机会，在最短的时间内，把我们的合唱团打造成一支精品团队，打造成我县青少年活动中心的一支招牌队伍。20xx年周文化艺术节是我县面向全省、全国、乃至全世界宣传自我、展示自我、推介自我的一项重要举措，是经过精心筹划、准备的一次高规格、高质量的活动，我们的孩子如果能参加这次活动，不但能与国家级演员同台演出，还能亮相于中央四套《同乐五洲》节目。

　　对我们合唱团学员来说这是一次非常难得演出机会。但是参加团体要求必须是服装统一，而周文化艺术节筹备组经费紧缺，不能给于支持。合唱团由于不收取任何费用，免费为学员进行培训，从培训准备到聘请专业老师已经投入许多人力财力。所以希望各位家长能给于支持，支持孩子参加这次难得的演出活动。中心将统一购置服装，费用由我们学员自理。我们相信在给位家长的大力支持下，我们合唱团的工作将越做越好。

　　A little panda picks up a pumpkin and wants to take it home.But the pumpkin is too big. The panda can’t take it home.Suddenly she sees a bear riding a bike toward her. She watches the bike.

　　“I know!I have a good idea.” she jumps and shouts happily,“I can roll a pumpkin. It’s like a wheel.”

　　So she rolls the pumpkin to her home. When her mother sees the big pumpkin, she is surprised, “Oh, my God! How can you carry it home?”he little panda answers proudly, “I can’t lift it, but I can roll it.”Her mother smiled and says，“What a clever girl! Use you heard to do something,”
